Alai, a startup founded by Esben Nielsen, Alan Khorsid and Mikkel Dalsager Jungersen has developed a platform that uses real-time data to analyze and predict strategic opportunities and identify vulnerabilities during football matches.

With support from the AAU Startup Program, the company has already taken the first step towards implementing advanced data analytics as a central tool in the sports world. Despite the company's youth, Alai has quickly established collaborations with several Danish football clubs like F.C. Copenhagen, Brøndby IF, AaB and Randers FC. They are also in dialogue with several Premier League clubs.

The ambition is clear: Alai wants to integrate data analytics into modern football and create new opportunities for training teams to make decisions based on accurate, real-time insights.

Now Alai has received support from Innovation Fund Denmark's Innofounder program that will help them refine their platform and make it even more user-friendly and usable. The support means that they can expand functionality, strengthen their marketing and really step out onto the international stage.

"With the support, we can accelerate our development and ensure that our technology becomes even more accurate and usable for the clubs. We see great potential in Europe and North America, and Innofounder gives us the opportunity to take the next step towards international expansion, say the founders.
